Neurodiversity refers to the natural variation in how human brains function and process information. It includes neurological differences such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and other cognitive differences. Neurodiversity recognises these differences as a normal and valuable part of human diversity, not deficits that need to be fixed.
